Resistance to heat and UV rays

Lacobel has high resistance to temperatures - up to 120 ° C. However, after covering the glass with foil, its maximum is up to 80 ° C.

The UV rays do not endanger the Lacobel panes and do not cause colour glass fading under the action of sunlight.

Secure version “SAFE”

Glass can be ordered in the “SAFE” version. Its varnished side is covered with so called secure foil. Polypropylene film layer protects the surface of the glass from scratches and moisture. It also acts as a protective film in the case of breaking the glass surface. In this case, fragments of damaged glass will not spread around, but will remain stuck to the foil. SAFE version is most often used in kitchens and bathrooms.

Hygienic antibacterial version

It is possible to cover the glass with a special antibacterial coating that protects the surface of the pane against the development of microorganisms. Antibacterial version Lacobel glass is used usually in an environment with higher humidity and specific conditions that enable quick growth of bacteria and yeasts.

Easy to maintain

Painted glass is easy to keep clean. Uniform Lacobel glass surface is devoid of recesses. Dirt can be easily removed with any detergent designed for cleaning glass, and then wipe dry. Even a little bit of dishwashing liquid and water is sufficient to remove traces of grease, for example in the kitchen.

Simple assembly

Lacobel glass does not cause any mounting problems. A glass pane can be attached using special adhesives, silicone, double-sided adhesive tapes and adhesives for ceramics. The most important issue is to ensure that the water was not able to enter the backside of the glass screen.

Lacobel panes just like ordinary glass undergo special treatment. It is possible to perform drilling and grinding of the glass surface. Lacobel can also be cut in various shapes and decorations can take any form in accordance to the customer’s expectations.
